Richard Robins Cary was born in Lincoln in 1879. He became an authorised Agent for James Hole & Co in 1904 and moved into 11 Market Place. He was to stay there until his death in 1944.

1/2 pint bottle from Charles Reeve of Market Rasen. Reeve born in Harmston in 1854, was a Wine, Spirit & Beer Merchant in Rasen from 1876 residing at 23 Market Place, until 1900 when he became bankrupt and Fred Mumby took over the premises continuing a similar business. Advert from the Market Rasen Mail 1895.
